|Camille Barton, P.E., LEED AP | CEO
Camille joined Purdy-McGuire in 2007, and joined the leadership team when our CEO of 55 years retired. Throughout her tenure at PMI, she has managed multi-million dollar projects in multiple market segments. She enjoys getting to know the project teams and interacting with clients. Like all PMI leaders, she is very hands-on.
While Camille loves her day job, she gets plenty of joy as well spending time with family - including a husband and three fast-growing children!
Camille is a member of CREW Dallas, where she has chaired the CREW Classic for the past two years and now sits on the CREW in the Community (CIC) Board.
She has a B.S. in Engineering (Texas Christian University) and an M.S. in Mathematics (Texas A&M University)
|Kip Hanzlicek, P.E. | Principal
Kip brings 35+ years of strategic vision and leadership to Purdy-McGuire. He migrated south from Kansas in 1984 to escape winter, and chose Dallas because he said “they need air conditioning!” During the day he enjoys developing and nurturing client relationships, mentoring our design teams, and solving problems; and he is the crux of our Quality Control program. He also sits on the Board of Directors for HopeKids-North Texas and the Dallas Architecture Forum.
Outside of work, you may find him exploring new travel destinations with his family!

|Dan Thien, P.E., LEED AP | Principal
Dan brings more than 20 years of experience to our company with great leadership and project management skills. As a Principal, his unique understanding of design, construction, and sustainability are instrumental in the company’s success. Dan is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and an active member of the Kansas State Engineering School Alumni Board. When Dan isn’t in the office, you can find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife and children on family vacations!

|D. Scott Brown, P.E. | Principal
Scott knew he was going to be in the electrical field when, as a teenager, he started working as an electrician’s apprentice in his father’s contracting company in Alaska. Scott has worked in the engineering consulting industry designing a variety of projects since graduating college. When he joined Purdy-McGuire in 2006, Scott brought perspective and unique design experience with him. He retired from the Army National Guard/Reserve after 21 years of service, including deployments to Afghanistan and Germany.

|Todd Johnson, P.E. | Associate Principal | Project Manager
Todd joined Purdy-McGuire in 1994, straight out of Kansas State University. Todd has extensive experience as both a project manager and a designer. Todd has participated in all aspects of the design process, which makes him a valued asset to the owner and developer. Todd is a die-hard K-State Fan, so you’ll often see him sporting purple gear and cheering on the Wildcats at any and all of their sporting events. He and his wife also enjoy traveling in the states and around the world.

|Greg Wiles, P.E. | Associate Principal | Project Manager
Greg is a 2014 addition to the Purdy-McGuire family and started his career as MEP designer in 2010 with PMI’s internship program at K-State in Manhattan, Kansas. Greg provides MEP design and project management services for our clients that include projects for higher & K-12 education, commercial/HQ spaces, entertainment/recreational facilities, tenant finishouts, worship facilities, medical office buildings, municipal buildings, hospitality, shell office buildings and more.
He and his wife have two adorable children who bring great joy to the Wiles household!

|Brandon Jarrett, P.E., LEED AP | Associate Principal | Project Manager
Brandon joined Purdy-McGuire in 2011. He spent the first 10 years of his career designing mechanical systems for multiple building types including commercial, higher education facilities, laboratories, hangars, airports, tenant finishouts, dining, and mixed-use facilities. In addition to mechanical design, he has experience with energy modeling, condition assessments, construction administration, and BIM.
Brandon serves in a project management role overseeing design and construction for mechanical, plumbing, and plumbing systems. He is also the lead of the energy model team. He resides in The Colony.
He is a busy family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

|Kristin Burke, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP | Associate Principal | Project Manager
Kristin began her professional career at Purdy-McGuire in 2014. She provides MEP designs for projects in various market segments, including but not limited to, higher education, municipal, commercial office, and mixed-use. Proficient in Revit, SKM, AGi32, and AutoCAD, Kristin is also PMI’s Registered Dallas Green Building 3rd Party Provider. It is important for Kristin that she designs MEP systems that have a positive impact on the building occupants and less negative impact on the environment. Kristin and her husband enjoy their furbabies as well as traveling and spending time with family.
Kristin shares project management responsibilities on virtually every project assigned to her team.
