• Legacy West
    The grand opening of Legacy West in Plano in June 2017 was a show stopper indeed.  The mixed use development features popular restaurants and retail offerings, along with the Renaissance Hotel. The venue was immediately popular, and adds to the north-moving construction boom in the D/FW area.
  • Factory Six03
    Factory Six03 is an historic building located in the Dallas West End.  Construction of the original building (a cracker and candy factory) was done in phases from 1903 – 1923.  The building was renovated for use as a retail space in the 1980s and much of that work was undone to bring the building back to its original look.  The current renovation includes new HVAC systems as well as upgraded electrical systems for modern uses on the inside while maintaining the historical look on the outside. The building features WiFi and coffee service in the lobby, a new outdoor plaza with patio seating, restaurants, and retail. The 5,500 sf addition of a tenant lounge and conference space with rooftop patios and fabulous views of Downtown and Uptown. Project Partners: Granite Properties/GFF/Purdy-McGuire
  • Cawley Tollway Center (Addison, Texas)
    The Cawley Tollway Center is a 6-story, approximately 200,000 square foot office building located on the West side of the Dallas North Tollway just South of Beltline Road in Addison, Texas.  The building includes a dining space, rooftop patio and a comprehensive fitness center as well as a combined structure and surface parking.  Project Partners: BOKA Powell & Hill& Wilkinson.
  • Connection Park (Irving, Texas)
    Connection Park is a Class A shell and core office building complex with two buildings done in phases.  Phase 1 building is a 146,000 sf 4-story office building and Phase 2 will be a 4-story, approximately 166,000 sf office building.  The HVAC system consists of packaged VAV rooftop units; two units installed per floor for optimum controllability of each floor.
  • Preston Center Office (Dallas, Texas)
    Bandera Ventures' new Preston Center Office is a 200,000 sf Class A office building, and is the biggest office building addition to Preston Center in seven years. This 9-story building includes 3 levels of underground parking, 3 levels of above-ground parking, and a roof-top terrace. Completion is scheduled for 2015.
  • Bank of America – Chiller Replacement (Dallas, Texas)
    Purdy-McGuire designed the MEP systems for the tallest building in Dallas in 1983. Some 30 years later, we had the privilege to design the central plant equipment replacement, as well as associated building automation upgrades. The replacement project consisted of 3 1,300 low-temperature chillers in series, 3 chilled water, and 3 condenser water pumps. Due to physical limitations, each chiller had to be shipped in 3 components and reassembled in place.  The new central plant upgrades achieved zero down time for the office tower air conditioning systems, and the energy usage has been reduced by 14%.
  • Legacy Tower (Plano, Texas)
    The project is a new 13-story, 345,000 sf high-rise office building with 12 office floors above a 1-story lobby, lounge, and restaurant attached via walkway to a 5-story, 420,000 sf above-grade parking garage.
  • Knoll Trail Plaza (Dallas, Texas)
    Knoll Trail Plaza is a LEED designed, 4-story, 120,000 sf with 4 office floors and roof terrace located at the Tollway and Westgrove in the Platinum Corridor of Dallas on the east side of the tollway. The building has a 2-story, above-grade parking garage and site parking. The building includes a fitness center, restaurant area, open-air rooftop patio.
  • Encana Corporation (Plano, Texas)
    This project is a 12-story office building with a total of approximately 319,876 square feet. It also includes a 1,280-car parking garage and an enclosed connector between the building and garage. The project is LEED® Silver.
