|Camille Barton, P.E., LEED AP | CEO
Camille joined Purdy-McGuire in 2007, and joined the leadership team when our CEO of 55 years retired. Throughout her tenure at PMI, she has managed multi-million dollar projects in multiple market segments. She enjoys getting to know the project teams and interacting with clients. Like all PMI leaders, she is very hands on. While Camille loves her day job, she gets plenty of joy as well spending time with family - including three growing children!
Camille is a member of CREW Dallas, where she has chaired the CREW Classic for the past two years and now sits on the CREW in the Community (CIC) Board.
Camille has a B.S. in Engineering (Texas Christian University) and an M.S. in Mathematics (Texas A&M University)
|Kip Hanzlicek, P.E. | Principal
Kip brings 30+ years of strategic vision and leadership to Purdy-McGuire. He migrated south from Kansas in 1984 to escape winter, and chose Dallas because he said “they need air conditioning!” During the day he enjoys developing and nurturing client relationships, mentoring our design teams, and solving problems; and he is the crux of our Quality Control program. He also sits on the Board of Directors for HopeKids-North Texas and the Dallas Architecture Forum.
His off-work enjoyment is seeking new travel experiences with his family.

|Dan Thien, P.E., LEED AP | Principal
Dan brings more than 20 years of experience to our company with great leadership and project management skills. As a Vice President, his unique understanding of design, construction, and sustainability is instrumental in the company’s success as a whole. Dan is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and an active member in the Kansas State Engineering School Alumni Board. When Dan isn’t in the office, you can typically find him on the golf course!

|D. Scott Brown, P.E. | Principal
Scott knew he was going to be in the electrical field when, as a teenager, he started working as an electrician’s apprentice in his father’s contracting company in Alaska. Scott has worked in the engineering consulting industry designing a variety of projects since graduating college. When he joined Purdy-McGuire in 2006, Scott brought perspective and unique design experience with him. When he's not in the office, you may find him working with his local Boy Scout Troop as a Scoutmaster. Scott also recently retired from the Army National Guard/Reserve after 21 years of service, including deployments to Afghanistan and Germany.

|Todd Johnson, P.E. | Associate Principal
Todd joined Purdy-McGuire in 1994, straight out of Kansas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. Todd has extensive experience as both a project manager and a designer. Todd has participated in all aspects of the design process, which makes him a valued asset to the owner and developer. Todd is a die-hard K-State Fan, so you’ll often see him sporting purple gear and cheering on the Wildcats at any and all of their sporting events.

|Greg Wiles, P.E. | Project Manager
Greg is a 2014 addition to the Purdy-McGuire family. He began his career as MEP designer in 2010 with PMI’s architectural engineering internship program at K-State University in Manhattan, Kansas. After graduation, he gained invaluable experience at another DFW MEP firm, then returned to Purdy-McGuire with an enhanced and honed skill set that includes design in higher education, tenant finishouts, worship facilities, medical office buildings, municipal buildings, and more. He and his wife have a new son who they are enjoying immensely.

|Brandon Jarrett, P.E., LEED AP | Project Manager
Brandon joined Purdy-McGuire in 2011. He designs mechanical and plumbing systems for multiple building types including commercial office buildings, higher education facilities, laboratories, healthcare facilities, hangars, airports, and mixed-use development. His experience designing energy models crosses multiple market segments and facility types. Brandon designs HVAC systems involving heat load calculations, selection of equipment, duct and pipe routing, and preparation of drawings and specifications. He has also developed mechanical and plumbing models for numerous projects.
Currently, Brandon shares project management responsibilities on virtually every project assigned to his team. He’s fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational French.

|Kristin Burke, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP | Project Manager
Kristin began her professional career at Purdy-McGuire in 2014. She provides MEP designs for projects in various market segments, including but not limited to, higher education, municipal, commercial office, and mixed-use. Proficient in Revit, SKM, AGi32, and AutoCAD, Kristin is also PMI’s Registered Dallas Green Building 3rd Party Provider. It is important for Kristin that she designs MEP systems that have a positive impact on the building occupants and less negative impact on the environment.
Currently, Kristin shares project management responsibilities on virtually every project assigned to her team.
