|Camille Barton, P.E., LEED AP, CEO
Camille was promoted to CEO on January 21, 2016. She joined the Purdy McGuire team in 2007 and brings a fresh vision and leadership perspective to Purdy-McGuire. Throughout her tenure at PMI, she has managed many multi-million dollar projects in multiple market segments. She enjoys getting to know the project teams and interacting with clients. While she loves her day-job, her young children keep her on her toes in the off hours!
|Kip Hanzlicek, P.E., Principal
Kip brings 30 years of strategic vision and leadership to Purdy-McGuire. He graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Architectural Engineering and migrated south in 1984 to escape winter. He selected Dallas because “they need air conditioning.” During the day he enjoys developing and nurturing client relationships, mentoring our design teams and solving problems. His off-time enjoyment is seeking new travel experiences with his family.
|Dan Thien, P.E., LEED AP, Principal
Dan brings more than 20 years of experience to our company with great leadership and project management skills. As a Vice President, his unique understanding of design, construction, and sustainability is instrumental in the company’s success as a whole. Dan is a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and an active member in the Kansas State Engineering School Alumni Board. When Dan isn’t in the office, you can typically find him on the golf course!
|Scott Brown, P.E., Principal
Scott knew he was going to be in the electrical field when, as a teenager, he started working as an electrician’s apprentice in his father’s contracting company in Alaska. Since receiving his EE degree at Brigham Young University in 1994, Scott has worked in the engineering consulting industry designing a variety of projects. Since joining Purdy-McGuire in 2006, Scott has brought perspective and a unique design experience to Purdy-McGuire. When Scott isn’t in the office, he is often working with his local Boy Scout Troop as a Scoutmaster. Scott also recently retired from the Army National Guard/Reserve after 21 years of service, including deployments to Afghanistan and Germany.
|Todd Johnson, P.E., Associate Principal
Todd joined Purdy-McGuire in 1994, straight out of Kansas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. Todd has extensive experience as both a project manager and a designer. Todd has participated in all aspects of the design process, which makes him a valued asset to the owner and developer. Todd is a die-hard K-State Fan, so you’ll often see him sporting purple gear and cheering on the Wildcats at any and all of their sporting events.
|Michael Luce, P.E., Project Manager
Michael has been at Purdy-McGuire since 2003 and has served our clients as design engineer, project manager, and national account manager on a wide range of projects. His experience in all three disciplines facilitates his ability to design a large variety of systems as well as give input on sustainability and energy efficiency of different systems. Michael graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has two young daughters who keep him running when he’s not in the office!
|Greg Wiles, P.E., Project Manager
Greg is a 2014 addition to the Purdy-McGuire family. He began his career as MEP designer in 2010 with PMI’s architectural engineering internship program at K-State University in Manhattan, Kansas. After graduation, he gained invaluable experience at another DFW MEP firm, then returned to Purdy-McGuire with an enhanced and honed skill set that includes design in higher education, tenant finishouts, worship facilities, medical office buildings, municipal buildings, and more. In 2014, he added lovely wife Bri to the Wiles picture.
