Purdy-McGuire’s Family of Interns

Purdy-McGuire’s internship program started in 2008 as a part of Kansas State University’s Architectural/Engineering department. We’ve gained many top-notch employees thru the program. Dallas managers travel to Manhattan about every two weeks to work directly with the interns so they can start honing their engineering skill under the tutelage of skilled professionals, and can learn how to work on real world designs. We also have interns working in the Dallas office during most summers, and they are outstanding too.

So here’s to our interns. You’re the best!

My internship with Purdy-McGuire began in the fall of 2016, and I expect to graduate in May 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. I am from El Dorado, Kansas, and my main hobby is running. I also love the water! And when I’m not at school, work, or the gym you can find me watching Grey's Anatomy.

I've lived in Manhattan, KS my whole life. A few summers ago I started my own painting business to help pay for college.
